Unitek graduates enter hospitals, clinics, long-term care, and community health centers across our region. By connecting motivated people with life-changing training, you help deliver the workforce our communities urgently need. Healthcare needs you — and our students need you to guide them from interest to enrollment.

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/Campus Vue.

• Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.
• Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.
• Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or Campus Vue a plus).
• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite:
  Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Regular, in-person attendance up to 5 days per week on campus/on site is an essential function of this position.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.
