As a Stationary Engineer at JLL, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of all critical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Your responsibilities include managing life safety systems and performing advanced troubleshooting tasks. This role requires a thorough understanding of building automation systems, making it vital for the facility's efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair distribution systems and boilers
• Operate refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Service and troubleshoot electrical controls and diagnostics
• Manage sanitary and plumbing systems
• Ensure optimal inventory management for repairs
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years relevant engineering experience
• Valid stationary engineer license required
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification needed
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
• Strong problem-solving and independent working skills
