As an HVAC Apprentice, you will learn diagnostics and repairs effectively while promoting Enercare’s home services. This role focuses on customer satisfaction and maintaining high-service standards in Home Services Operations. You will work under the supervision of a Field Manager and be responsible for maintaining equipment, vehicle cleanliness, and all necessary materials for the job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high levels of customer service excellence
• Complete diagnostic and repair work efficiently
• Provide best advice for equipment repairs or replacements
• Promote Enercare Home Services products and services
• Assure all tools and equipment are in safe working order
Requirements:
• Valid Gas Technician 2 or Gas Technician 1 license
• CFC Permit or ability to obtain one
• Clean driver's license and abstract
• Physically able to perform heavy lifting
• Mechanical aptitude and customer service focus
