Skeena Gold + Silver Limited is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to contribute to the Eskay Creek Revitalization Project in northwest British Columbia. This position requires 3–5+ years of heavy equipment operation experience, particularly with mining and earthworks machinery. The role focuses on adhering to safety protocols while engaging in large-scale material handling, road construction, and environmental control installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers, excavators, and loaders safely

• Handle topsoil stripping, overburden removal, and ore loading

• Maintain haul roads and assist in environmental installations

• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and reporting

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• 3–5+ years of heavy equipment operational experience

• Proficient in material handling and road construction

• Experience with environmental control measures

• Ability to work remotely under variable weather
