As the Director of Millwright Projects, you will manage projects from estimation to final delivery, focusing on budgets, schedules, and resource management. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project lifecycle from estimation to delivery

• Manage budgets and client contracts effectively

• Coordinate with superintendents for manpower and resources

• Ensure compliance with CWB certification and audits

• Maintain high-quality standards throughout projects

Requirements:

• Over 7 years’ experience in millwright or industrial mechanics

• Proficient in project management and team supervision

• Skilled at reading mechanical and layout drawings

• Experience with industrial equipment installations

• Bilingual in French and English; valid driver’s license
