Motorcycle Technician/Powersports Mechanic

Responsibilities Perform scheduled maintenance on motorcycles and scooters.
Oil changes, inspections, and complete maintenance services.
Valve adjustments.
Throttle body synchronization and calibration.
Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues.
Repair engines, transmissions, and other mechanical components.
Install accessories and customer upgrades.
Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new units.
Mount, balance, repair, and replace tires.
Repair and service brake, suspension, steering, and drivetrain systems.
Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment and software.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work closely with the Parts and Service departments to provide exceptional customer service.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications Experience working on motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, or other powersports vehicles is a strong asset.
Motorcycle or automotive technician certification is an asset.
Passion for motorcycles and powersports.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
