Digital Textbook Platform Integration and Support Lead

The Digital Textbook Platform Integration and Support Lead is responsible for ensuring successful integration and utilization of digital textbooks platforms within Canvas and/or Clever. The Digital Textbook Platform Integration and Support Lead for each platform will support all educators using that platform, irrespective of course/content area. This position supports educators by developing learning resources for adopted/pilot digital textbook platforms, providing just-in-time technical support, and assisting in identifying resources to resolve issues related to digital textbook platforms.

Primary Function:
The Digital Textbook Integration and Support Lead is responsible for ensuring successful integration and utilization of digital textbooks across learning management systems (LMS), including Canvas, Clever and the Publisher's Digital Platform. This position supports educators by developing learning resources for all adopted digital textbooks, providing just-in-time technical support, and assisting in identifying resources to resolve issues related to digital textbooks and platforms.
