Position Overview

As a Construction Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced Foremen and construction professionals to build high-quality outdoor projects safely, efficiently, and with pride.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with construction of outdoor amenity projects.
• Install retaining walls, pavers, fencing, playgrounds, site furnishings, irrigation, landscaping, and specialty features.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
• Follow company safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
• Learn new construction skills and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction or landscape experience preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Willingness to learn and work outdoors.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work.
• Ability to travel to project locations.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
