Service Representative – Internal Sales (B2B Manufacturing)

If you enjoy building relationships, managing accounts, and driving sales from the inside, this role gives you the opportunity to work closely with customers while supporting a manufacturing-driven business. You’ll be a key player in both service and sales.

• Handle inbound sales requests, quotes, and order processing
• Provide pricing, product availability, and lead times
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Work closely with production and shipping teams
• Manage order lifecycle from quote through fulfillment
• Maintain CRM records and generate Excel reports
• Deliver a high-quality customer and sales experience

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience REQUIRED
• Manufacturing, industrial, or B2B product environment preferred
• Experience managing accounts and driving revenue
• Comfortable working with pricing, margins, and product recommendations
• CRM (Salesforce preferred) + Excel reporting
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• $23–$25/hour + full benefits
