Job Description
Mission Mechanical, a well-established Plumbing, HVAC, and Refrigeration Service Company based in Indiana, is hiring a Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diverse building plumbing systems while ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and clear communication.

Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose diverse building plumbing issues
- Obtain and install replacement parts as needed
- Calibrate plumbing systems to manufacturer’s specifications
- Communicate diagnoses and solutions clearly to customers
- Electronically process credit card payments, work orders, and before/after photos
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Indiana Plumbing License preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug and background screenings
- Possess reasonable trade-specific tools
- Physical ability to climb ladders and rooftops
- Availability for 40 hours per week plus overtime (OT)

Job Type:
Expected hours: 40 per week.
Pay:
$30.00 – $40.00/hour
Schedule:
Day shifts, Monday to Friday. On-call availability.
