Commercial Plumbing Lead Installer

Overview

Mission Mechanical, a well-established Plumbing, HVAC, and Refrigeration Service Company based in Indiana, is hiring a Commercial Plumbing Lead Installer to join our team. This role involves overseeing and executing mechanical installations for a variety of client projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and fostering strong communication with clients and team members.

• Manage production through direction and installation of mechanical systems
• Plan, lay out, and ensure the overall efficiency of project installations
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with field supervisors and project managers
• Maintain detailed daily job production records (Daily Reports)
• Ensure proper organization and securement of onsite materials, including inventorying additional materials for efficient pickup and returns
• Safeguard all Mission Mechanical property on job sites

• 3+ years of Plumbing Construction experience
• Strong customer service skills to work with subcontractors, Project Managers, etc.
• Leadership characteristics to lead onsite installations
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug and background check
• Plumbing License

• Tier 1:
  Licensed plumbers with 5+ years experience in new construction. Eligible for a $2000 sign-on bonus.
• Tier 2:
  Licensed plumbers with 5+ years experience in new construction with multi-story expertise. Eligible for a $4000 sign-on bonus.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Pay: $38.00 – $44.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, Day shifts.
