At D-Bar-D Trucking we believe in our employees and we want to find the best paying loads for our drivers to make the most they can. We have dispatch on call 24/7, a mechanic on call 24/7, and do our best to help our drivers if we can.

We are a small trucking company that hauls reefer freight with dedicated pickups in our area. We also perform flatbed and step deck work for customers. We are seeking a driver who wants to be an OTR driver and can drive a manual truck. Pay depends on years of driving and is based on line haul. After 6 months, there is a chance to increase pay 1-3%.

• $1,200 - $2,000 total weekly average pay
• 27% of load
• 2,300 - 3,300 avg. miles per week

• 5% Driver Load/Unload
• No tarping

• 5 - 20 expected days out
• Can stay out longer if desired
• Get 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked
• Home at least one weekend per month

• Class A license without restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, or (K) Intrastate Only
• 3 years OTR experience
