We are a thriving tax and accounting company seeking an experienced tax professional to join our dynamic team on a full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws. We mostly prepare S-Corps and individual returns. We do some partnerships and C-Corps.
• Handle tax returns with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing expert guidance.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline tax preparation processes and enhance efficiency.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and up-to-date services.

Requirements:

• EA or CPA credentials are a must. CPA licensed in Kansas is preferred.
• Proven experience in preparing both business and individual tax returns. You should have five years of experience or more.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex tax matters to clients.
• Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Management experience is a BIG PLUS.
