Salary Range: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Review and verify repair orders for completeness and compliance
• Communicate with technicians, advisors, and manufacturers regarding claims
• Track claim status and follow up on outstanding submissions
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Automotive dealership experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work with a team
• Must be able to look at screen for extended lengths of time
• Must be able to lift 10+ lbs
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Must be organized
