Triad Partners is a business development company based in Lawrence, KS. We are looking for a full‑time Receptionist to be the face and voice of Triad Partners, ensuring smooth front‑office operations and delivering a superior, boutique‑like experience to prospects, clients, and team members.
Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for the phone queue, professionally answering and directing incoming calls in a friendly, warm manner.
- Greet incoming clients and prospective clients in a professional manner, ensuring a complete, welcoming client experience.
- Handle front‑desk inquiries and requests, providing assistance and information to visitors and staff.
- Help schedule appointments and manage the office calendar as needed.
- Assist with copying and scanning, including follow‑up phone calls to appropriate companies as needed.
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail and packages, maintaining an organized mailroom.
- Handle outgoing UPS shipping and other mail services, preparing packages for delivery and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies to maintain adequate stock.
- Coordinate communication with building maintenance and vendors to maintain office functionality.
- Perform light upkeep duties, keep the main office and conference room tidy and neat.
- Empty main trash receptacles as needed, ensuring a clean and hygienic workspace.
- Manage the recycling program and the kitchen/pantry, ensuring proper disposal and supplies are stocked.
- 3–5 years of experience in an office, administrative, or front‑desk role.
- Proficient phone skills with a friendly, professional, customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent command of the English language, grammar, and written/verbal communication.
- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer/database software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, with consistent follow‑through on projects.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic maintenance tasks.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to support the team.
- Flexible, self‑starting, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- High level of interpersonal skills and a hard‑working, dedicated approach.
