Noller Auto Group is looking for a dependable Automotive Parts Specialist who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and customer service. This position is an important link between our parts department, service department, and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong automotive parts knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy.
What You'll Do- Assist internal and external customers with locating and ordering automotive parts.
- Provide technicians and service advisors with timely parts support.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Process special orders, returns, credits, and warranty-related transactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
- Help ensure efficient workflow between the parts and service departments.
- Organize and maintain stockroom and parts inventory areas.
- Follow company procedures for inventory management and documentation.
- Automotive parts experience preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive components.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers across departments.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software.

- Sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
- View computer screens, parts catalogs, and written documentation for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, and fellow employees.
- Frequently handle, move, and organize automotive parts and supplies.
- Regularly lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or more and occasionally heavier items with assistance.
- Work in both office and warehouse settings with varying environmental conditions.
- Maintain focus, organization, and attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
- Use material-handling equipment and tools safely and appropriately.
