Lawrence Ford is growing, and we’re looking for A and B Level Automotive Technicians to join our service team.

Certifications and experience are important—but we also believe in developing people.

If you have the mechanical ability, work ethic, and desire to learn, we are not afraid to invest in you. We love sending our technicians to training, getting them into classes, helping them earn additional certifications, and giving them the tools they need to move to the next level.

Ford certifications are fantastic, but they are NOT required.

We also love seeing experience and certifications from other manufacturers. If you’re coming from another OEM, bring that knowledge with you—we can help you learn Ford.

ASE certifications and other industry-recognized training are also a plus.

• Has A or B level automotive technician experience
• Has strong diagnostic and mechanical skills appropriate to their experience level
• Takes pride in doing the job correctly
• Works well as part of a team
• Is dependable and accountable
• Wants to continue learning and developing professionally
• Is willing to attend training and pursue additional certifications
• Has a valid driver's license
• Can meet applicable MVR requirements
• Can successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check

This position requires the ability to perform the physical duties normally associated with automotive repair, including the ability to stand, stoop, bend, squat, reach, and move throughout the shop with ease.

Technicians must also be able to enter and exit vehicles without assistance and safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
