Therole
As a Tender Coordinator / Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our National Contract Team, driving efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction. This is your chance to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and make a real difference.
What You’ll Do- Deliver top-tier coordination and administrative support to management, staff, and contracted customers
- Work with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and source cost-saving alternatives
- Maintain accurate contract product files and customer databases for national accounts
- Contribute to system improvements and quality initiatives within the team
- Collaborate on tailored tender proposals that win business
- Prepare insightful monthly reports and lead strategic pricing reviews with senior leadership
- Utilising data manipulation & appropriate analytical tools to achieve data cleansing, creating alternate programs
- A team player who thrives on collaboration and achieving goals
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with procurement and finance systems
- A problem-solver who thinks outside the box and delivers innovative solutions
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly organised with proven ability to manage deadlines and priorities
- Experience with pricing analysis, ERP systems (Oracle BI), and knowledge of electrical products is a bonus
