Job DescriptionThis role supports the Food service market within RPSNA by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely item and customer data across multiple systems. The position maintains ISCC item integrity, pricing adherence, and reporting, while supporting sustainability initiatives and customer-facing data platforms. Through collaboration with internal teams and external partners, this role enables efficient order-to-cash processes and delivers reliable product information to customers.
Responsibilities- Drive and monitor proper date management and item management on ISCC items in the Cust Main Screen
- Monitor item pricing structure to adhere to ISCC pricing guidelines
- Monthly reporting on ISCC (or as required)
- Yearly reporting on totals of items sold including ISCC items
- Monitor and resolve ISCC exclusion reports
- Provide foundational data for Sustainability Team
- ITrade – when required, maintain and troubleshoot EDI connectivity with customers within the order-to-cash process, working to minimize repeatable errors with customer care and other areas as needed
- Customer Portal Maintenance – when required, serve as the point of contact for assigned external customers and third-party portals to provide accurate and up-to-date information related to product inquiries, returns, credits, and general inquiries
- Global Data Synchronization Network – when required, collaborate with product line management, marketing, sales, and customer care to maintain GDSN item attributes through One World Sync Portal. Perform new item uploads and maintenance of existing items to meet GDSN requirements
- Other tasks as assigned
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Data Analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications
- Effectively communicate with customers, both external and internal
- JD Edwards experience required; item setup, customer cross reference, and Bill of Materials preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong multi-tasking skills
