, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate processing, tracking, and reconciliation of inbound recycling materials across our network.
- Process inbound recycling and toll grinding transactions accurately and on time
- Ensure proper documentation, system entry, and inventory tracking
- Reconcile activity through month-end close and resolve discrepancies
- Review and validate freight costs
- Coordinate with recyclers, toll grinders, and internal teams
- Support purchase orders, reporting, and compliance requirements
- 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment
- Experience with inventory, purchase orders, and reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume work
- Proficiency in Excel; JDE experience a plus
- Team‑focused mindset with strong communication skills
