Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Some Saturdays
Satterfield Construction Company is seeking an Asphalt Foreman to lead our paving crew. If you take pride in quality work, safety, and building strong teams, we’d love to have you join our construction family. This role is essential in delivering safe, durable, and high‑quality roads for our communities.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and supervise asphalt paving crews on job sites
- Plan daily work activities and keep projects on schedule
- Ensure quality workmanship and job site safety
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and crew assignments
- Communicate with supervisors, customers, and team members
- Train and mentor crew members
- Previous experience in asphalt paving and crew leadership
- Strong knowledge of paving operations, equipment, and safety
- Ability to lead by example and keep crews motivated
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and detail‑oriented
- Valid driver’s license
- Supportive team environment
