• To produce a wide variety of Architectural presentations (both large and small) for our Company and or clients/developers which provide detail of the proposed building/project for proposals/submissions/marketing material etc.
• Uses up to date research methodologies to research client background to establish products, branding, images, logos and corporate identity that could be included in the design pack to develop and motivate a project.
• To assist with 2D plan renders of project proposals.
• To produce and co-ordinate the brochure design process from start to finish. [Whether for digital and or print].
• Inhouse print production and finishing. Small and large format printing/laminating/glue binding and guillotine finishing.
• Digital campaign work, including web, app, and mobile design
• Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media outputs
• Experience in signage/way finding will be beneficial.
• Showcase B+P by creating designs aligned with our Company’s branding guidelines and voice.
• Manage various design projects across our brand and marketing portfolio. [Profiles, award submissions, publications etc.]

• Must present a professional demeanor and be able to work and participate effectively within a team environment independently.
• Strong design capability and creativity with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Good attitude and team ethic with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Organisational skills and discipline with company process and procedures.
• Must possess at least Diploma, in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Adobe's suite of products including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Relevant work experience is a must.
