Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for a Concierge Team Member to assist guests via online chat, email, text, and phone calls. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Concierge and Sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Starting pay is $13.50/hr with the expectation of working 30–40 hours per week, mainly on weekends after training.
