Work in beautiful downtown Lawrence and enjoy a professional office environment in an excellent location, with free covered parking. Casual dress code.
Hourly pay is $16.50 per hour.
Work hours are 7:55am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
** Responsibilities and experience include:*
* Answering calls to support the Customer Service Team
Directing callers to Clients Website
Taking customer information to provide to customer support team
Cash handling and credit card processing is a must
Ability to work independently
High degree of accuracy in the tasks related to this position
Good Customer service demeanor
Strong computer competency & data entry skills using Outlook, Excel & Word
Chat knowledge & usage

** Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour
