• Estimated earnings of $200,000–$300,000 per year
• Compensation based on 30% of collections
• Daily minimum guarantee; rate depends on experience
• Full-time opportunity;
  Weekdays only; no weekends
• Established Lawrence dental practice built and lead by Dr. Heck
• Broad clinical mix across general, restorative, cosmetic, surgical, emergency, and implant-related care
• Strong focus on patient comfort and anxiety-free dentistry

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Kansas dental license, or ability to obtain one
