A well-known, employee-owned design practice is seeking an Architect to join its Kansas City studio. This is an opportunity to work on sustainable, high-performance institutional, civic, and mixed-use projects within a collaborative, design-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects from concept through delivery
- Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Act as a key client liaison
- Contribute to technical problem-solving and complex building systems
- 5-15 years of professional experience in architecture
- Strong design and technical portfolio
- Proficiency in Revit (3D visualization tools a plus)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- LEED accreditation preferred
