UI Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and design guidelines to communicate user experience concepts with minimal oversight
• Lead the development and refinement of design principles, guidelines, and patterns to ensure consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and technical constraints for effective design solutions
• Partner with user researchers and designers to address cross-application design challenges and maintain ecosystem consistency
• Contribute to high-level design strategy to align user experience efforts with organizational goals
• Provide feedback and direction to ensure design solutions are intuitive, innovative, and adhere to established principles
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 4-7 years Related working experience.
