Product Leader - Injection Molding

Product Leaders serve as the primary point of contact and leverage expertise for machines and automation within their assigned focus region. They are motivated technical experts who work with and advise production, tool room, engineers, scheduling, and customers on the best methods and standard operating procedures. This role emphasizes attention to detail in collecting, interpreting, and presenting data-driven decisions to resolve root causes, meet deadlines, and improve processes.

• Coordinate and direct preventative maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of injection molding and automation systems.
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned product lines for a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
• Gather and analyze pertinent statistical data for assigned product lines to develop and execute production plans to meet customer orders.
• Collaborate with other teams (production, maintenance, tooling, etc.) and leadership to leverage resources for effective application of capabilities.
• Liaison with customer representatives to communicate performance metrics and address customer concerns with corrective actions.
• Assess cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing processes; make and implement recommendations to improve safety, efficiency and reduce costs.
• Track cost savings of implemented projects and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental and health requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Strong problem solving and technical skills.
• Prefer 5 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance/Engineering.
• Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Detail oriented/root cause investigative mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership ability.
• Stable work history and excellent attendance/safety habits.
• Physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting/moving up to 35 pounds periodically.
• Team player with excellent attendance, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 annually.
