Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Engineering to join our team. This is a permanent position offering an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage a team of skilled engineers.
Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 per year.
Responsibilities- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior engineering management role within the CPG industry.
- Proven experience in project management, scheduling, and capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and their implementation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using project management software.
