In this pivotal role, you will provide expert HSE support and leadership for an EPCM project at a client facility in Corpus Christi, LA. Your partnership with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, Project Manager, and Construction Manager will be crucial in cultivating HSE excellence and ensuring a safe and uninterrupted project delivery. We prioritize a safety‑first culture where our workforce returns home safely each day.

As an HSE Specialist, your responsibilities will include personal ownership of safety strategies and continuous improvement. You will maintain open communication with HSE leadership and provide technical guidance to ensure that HSE processes align with project objectives. By fostering strong relationships, you will support client stakeholders through interpretation, training, technical reviews, regulatory guidance, and governance oversight.

Your role will encompass leading incident notification, investigation, and reporting, as well as facilitating injury management and return‑to‑work processes. You will participate in subcontractor hazard assessments and operational readiness reviews to guarantee project success.

This position requires travel only to and from the project site, with potential for future assignments across the US and North America.

Qualifications
  • Education: Associate degree or 2‑3 years of relevant HSE experience.
  • Experience: 1‑2 years in the industrial/construction industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
