Facility Operations Specialist

USA Government Jobs -  - Responsibilities:
Manages project execution, including initiation, scope development, cost estimates, design coordination, DSRM review, construction oversight, inspection scheduling, punch list development, and project closeout;
Manages complex, multi-phase construction, renovations, and deferred maintenance projects using advanced knowledge of facilities management and engineering support principles;
Uses Maximo or equivalent CMMS/DMWO systems to validate deferred maintenance backlog, develop project priority sequencing processes, track execution, cost escalation, and lifecycle planning;
Determines the maintenance and upkeep requirements of assigned facilities elements, programs, and activities as well as managing procurement, projects, and contracts for these and other programs;
Develops and communicates emergency scenario plans and schedules routine safety inspections and drills;
Conducts routine site safety inspections, hazard analyses, risk assessments, and incident investigations;
Ensure all construction and maintenance projects incorporate safety plans, job hazard analyses, and contractor compliance requirements
