• Serve customers promptly and cheerfully, delivering high-quality food while ensuring a friendly atmosphere.

• Unload and organize merchandise, expertly preparing and displaying products according to company standards and recipes.
• Conduct regular temperature checks to ensure food safety.
• Monitor product freshness and quality, ensuring only safe and high-quality items are offered.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in sales areas, backrooms, and coolers.
• Keep floors clear and safe, ensuring a clutter-free environment.
• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils according to company and health regulations.
• Ensure proper signage and product rotation for freshness and quality.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in accordance with company policies.
• Follow all company policies and state and federal laws.
• Operate the cash register according to company procedures, as applicable.
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, demonstrating conflict management skills in a non-confrontational way.
• Uphold honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help when needed to resolve customer or business issues.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults through direct interaction.

• Able to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, and training materials.

• Comfortable using various cleaning solutions and operating sharp tools and production equipment safely.

• A proven track record of dependability and integrity in work history.
• Prior experience in food preparation is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to employment practices, safety, and food handling.
• Experience in grocery retail and customer service is highly valued.
