- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of private-sector accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management
- Experience with internal controls, recordkeeping systems, and audits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and discreet handling of confidential information
- Experience with eCommerce reporting and website activity reconciliation
- Knowledge of collegiate licensing compliance
- Experience supporting special projects for executive teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification is a plus
- Over 5 years of experience in accounting roles with leadership responsibilities
- Availability for year-end audit support
- Ability to support annual insurance renewals
- Dependable attendance and cross-functional collaboration skills
