Position:
Full Time Commercial Banking Officer.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Agriculture, Business or related field).

Travel:
Up to 25%.

Shift: Day.

• Build and maintain relationships with all customers, prospective customers, team members, and community partners.
• Provide customer service by demonstrating the Landmark National Bank commitment to be champions and catalysts for our communities, assisting experienced bankers with commercial loan and treasury management needs with a prompt and timely response.
• Participate in active outreach to current and prospective customers, learning bank profitability, growth, and risk management objectives.
• Learn the Landmark National Bank sales process to win commercial loans and treasury management opportunities that expand existing or close prospective banking relationships.
• Learn basics of collecting and analyzing financial data to make informed decisions.
• Learn various commercial banking, treasury management, mortgage banking and retail banking products and services, including cross‑sale and referral opportunities.
• Participate on a regional loan committee.
• Learn and comply with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including regular audits and internal loan reviews.
• Collaborate with your team, other bank divisions, and bank leadership to develop, monitor, and achieve branch and regional goals.
• Manage your professional improvement through the utilization of the quarterly Job Progress Plan and consistently meet minimum, target and optimum levels of performance.
• Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including daily huddles, weekly sales meetings, and celebration events.
• Represent Landmark National Bank through community engagement to advance the bank’s reputation during business hours.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent banking experience;
  Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred.
• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Basic financial analytical skills.
• Planning and time management skills.
• Understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to banks or visit clients in the region.

• Frequently required to sit or stand for long periods, speak, listen, use hands to touch and grasp objects, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to move about the banking facility.
• Visual ability to view a computer screen for long periods is required.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
