Personal Banking - Teller

Responsibilities

• Work as an individual contributor at a steady, even pace without great dependence on other team members to achieve results.

• Perform routine, transactional, operational, and client support tasks.
• Work toward individual and banking center specific sales and service goals.
• Assist other departments as needed and build a rapport with clients and associates, treating others with respect regardless of status.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience.
• 6+ months of demonstrated successful cash handling experience.
• Passionate and motivated self-starter.
• Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
• Strong work ethic and accuracy.
• Logical analytical decision‑making.
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.

• May need to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise and hold hands and arms overhead.
• May need to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%).
• Flexible scheduling as business needs allow.

This role is eligible to participate in a scorecard‑based incentive plan, earning monthly incentives based on performance metrics.
