Responsibilities
A Client Relationship Consultant builds relationships with customers through in‑person meetings, appointments, and virtual channels. The role includes greeting clients, processing basic transactions, opening new consumer and business accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. You will assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions that align with each customer’s goals.
Proactive outreach, follow‑up, and the ability to learn about clients’ financial needs and channel preferences are essential. Maintaining an up‑to‑date knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital services, and leveraging available technologies to optimize the client experience are key responsibilities.
