Hours: Full-Time, $17.50 - $18.67 per hour

Provide care and companionship to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Support positive behaviors, teach communication skills, keep health and hygiene routines up to date, assist with client daily living goals, and operate within family-style group homes and Day Service centers.

Entry-Level

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record (day positions only)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to physically assist individuals
• Flexibility in assigned working location based on client needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving or direct support experience, ideally in a residential or therapeutic setting
• Experience working with clients with aggressive or disruptive behaviors
• Training in crisis intervention or de-escalation techniques
• Front-Half (Sun-Wed)
• Midweek (Wed/Thu/Fri)
• Back-Half (Wed-Sat)
• Days: 7:00 am–7:00 pm or 8:00 am–8:00 pm
• Assisting or fully supporting with personal care needs (bathing, toileting, grooming)
• Teaching and supporting daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
• Transporting clients in company van
• Administering medications
• Supporting clients at their Day Service programs
