Travel Radiology Technologist - Radiology

Overview

American Traveler is seeking a General Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, including OR/surgical setting experience, for a 13-week travel assignment in the Kansas City area.

• Minimum of 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience
• OR/surgical imaging experience is required, as this is primarily an OR-based position
• Current ARRT and ARMRIT certifications required
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association only)
• Kansas LRT (RAD-KS) license required — license required if applicable
• Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine required or an approved declination

• Primary work setting is the OR/surgical suite, performing diagnostic X-ray and surgical/intraoperative imaging
• 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with Tuesdays off
• Weekly call every Thursday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM
• Weekend call every 4th weekend (Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 6:30 AM)
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Perform intraoperative and diagnostic X-ray imaging in surgical and OR settings
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers — no radius rule applies
• Former permanent employees of this facility must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
• A copy of your COVID vaccination card is required for consideration
