Douglas County Visiting Nurses is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide personal care to patients in the home under the Plan of Care. You’ll assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and activities of daily living to support safety and independence.
Responsibilities include charting in the EMR, following the care plan, and coordinating with the Case Manager. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and CNA certification in good standing is required for the Help at Home program.
