Staff Pharmacist – Market

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders
• Counsel customers regarding healthcare and prescription medication needs
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart-developed programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Model and guide pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches
• Support stores in Lawrence, Topeka, Leavenworth, and Atchison
• Work at the forefront of patient care and advocate for patient wellbeing

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
• Pharmacy license by job entry date
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementing best practices
• Ability to foster relationships with customers and partners
• Ability to adapt to patient needs and address varied medical concerns
• Enthusiasm for community activities, outreach, and events
• Commitment to HIPAA and PHI guidelines
• Full-time availability; pay range based on a 40 hours/week schedule

Demonstrates expertise in pharmaceutical care, including prescription processing, immunization administration, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Strong ability to foster customer relationships and advocate for patient wellbeing in a community-focused environment.
