You will work with a multidisciplinary team to complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning to support safe transitions.
The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, at least two years of relevant experience, and BLS is preferred. Night shifts Thu-Sat 4:30 p.m.–2:30 a.m.
