Oak View Group - - Responsibilities:
Setting up food service areas within specific suites and club areas based upon catering order;
Ensures all assigned premium spaces are set prior to event based upon communication from the Director of Premium Services;
Organization and preparation of events in assigned locations;
Assisting in closing out spaces per event and ensuring correct inventory takes place;
Supervise the service of beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages and check IDs
