Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service and interaction with co-workers;
Assist with setting up food service areas within suites and club areas based on catering orders;
Ensure catering areas are set prior to events and organize/prepare events in assigned locations;
Close out spaces after events and manage inventory;
Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards while monitoring alcohol service as needed
