Lead Service Now Developer at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am - 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].

Technical/Functional Skills
This position involves being part of a dynamic team environment responsible for the Service Now system. Working closely with business stakeholders you will be part of a team that delivers advanced configurations that provide a world class experience for our customers and deliver enhancements that make internal operations more efficient.
Service Now is currently going through the process of becoming the replacement for multiple ticketing systems. This position will be a key participant in implementing of the requirements. Focus will be on the CSM features and functionality along with ITSM.
- Contribute to the evaluation/execution of Service Now upgrades
- Translate and validate business requirements and transfer into functional/technical requirement documents working within the framework of the tools available
- Interact with Business representatives to ensure their requirements are being met
- Develop solutions to meet the business requirements while meeting time and cost constraints
- Contribute to acquisition customer support system integrations – typically moving existing customer support related data into Service Now
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, code, unit test, implementation)
- Adhere to IT Change Management and best practices
- Investigate and fix advanced (3rd level) application issues
