Join our dynamic team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll be instrumental in analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the system architecture solutions align with business objectives.

• As a Manager in Technology Business Analysis, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management. Your responsibilities will include continuous process improvement, innovation, and leveraging best practices. You will oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives. Expect to maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily.

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4
  
  HANA Controlling solution delivery from Explore through Deploy.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops to define requirements and future-state processes.
• Design and implement SAP S/4
  
  HANA Controlling (CO) solutions, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), internal orders, Universal Allocations, and period-end close activities.
• Leverage the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) to support controlling reporting and analytics.
• Configure controlling organizational structures, including controlling areas, cost centers, and profit centers.
• Enable allocation cycles, overhead costing, internal chargebacks, and settlements.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes within Controlling.
• Ensure end-to-end integration with logistics modules (MM, PP, IM, SD, TPM).
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Lead testing cycles (SIT/UAT) to ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation of controlling data.
• Drive cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Provide best-practice guidance, continuous improvement recommendations, and mentor team members.

• Lead SAP project work streams, including requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design; partner with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into configured SAP and integrated non‑SAP systems.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Controlling (CO) solutions across the project lifecycle (Explore through Deploy).
• Serve as a functional lead driving managerial accounting and finance transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to deliver integrated controlling and reporting solutions.
• Possess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of SAP experience with a strong focus in Controlling (CO).
• Hands‑on SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation experience, including at least one full lifecycle project.
• Hands‑on experience integrating Controlling with logistics modules (MM, PP, IM, SD, TPM).
• Proven experience leading projects from Explore through Deploy phases.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end managerial accounting processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40‑60%.

• Experience working in a consulting environment, partnering with clients on complex, transformation-focused initiatives.
