Assistant Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Chase, KS. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company protocols and standards. Responsibilities include overseeing production processes, managing team performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting overall facility management to achieve operational goals. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Experience with operations management and workflow optimization
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality assurance, and compliance protocols
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Previous experience in food production or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
