Position Overview
Branch Manager – responsible for overall sales and operations management of the branch, including new customer acquisition, performance coaching, and ensuring compliance with FNB policies and procedural standards.
Responsibilities- Generate high‑value customer relationships through sales leads, outbound calling, and community engagement.
- Execute and coach sales strategies to meet financial and growth goals.
- Integrate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions using approved branch technologies.
- Maintain data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
- Manage and coach branch staff and facility operations to meet FNB standards.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, handle HR responsibilities, and lead team education and training.
- Ensure branch compliance with audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform operational duties and project work as required.
- Act as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, and responding to daily risks.
- Education:
High School or GED (BA/BS preferred). - Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a related managerial or banking role. - Skills:
Excellent management, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities; strong customer service orientation; proficiency in MS Word (basic), MS Excel (intermediate), and MS PowerPoint (basic). - Knowledge:
Banking audit policies and procedures is a plus.
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred; required for certain mortgage functions.
