Summary
We'relooking for a people centered Project Manager who can lead complex, cross departmental projects with clarity, empathy, and accountability.

- Lead and manage cross functional projects from initiation through closeout.
- Facilitate collaboration, communication, and problem solvingacross departments.
- Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving PMO processes, tools, and organizational project capability.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degreerequiredfrom an accredited college or university with major course work in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
Three (3) years of leading and directing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, evolving requirements, and organizational impact, including process improvements, system implementations, or strategic initiatives.
PMP Certified or the successful completion of the PMP certification within 12 months of employment. (See Project Management Institute for requirements)
