Operate and maintain injection molding equipment to optimize cavitation and cycle times;
Perform machine startups, shutdowns, and restarts and assist with mold changes;
Follow safety, GMP, SQF, and HACCP guidelines and LO/TO procedures;
Conduct 5S housekeeping and inspect molds, hoses, and related components;
Complete PMs and document procedures using process sheets and change logs; perform Gemba walks and communicate upcoming changes
