Heavy Equipment Operator

Cillessen and Sons, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Water blaster Operator to join our team. This position plays a key role in road surface preparation and maintenance using high-pressure water blasting equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, possesses strong communication skills, and can adapt to changing project requirements.

• Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment to prepare surfaces for striping, coating, or repair
• Work collaboratively with crew members, supervisors, and project managers to meet job-specific requirements
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment in accordance with company standards, ensuring proper fluid levels and that all safety devices are functioning correctly
• Continuously monitor equipment performance and report any repair needs to the maintenance department
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• CDL Class B or higher required
• Tanker Endorsement required
• Previous experience in water blasting or operating heavy machinery preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to travel out of town and work weekends as needed
